Plan before price
No forced packages before we understand the work.
Pricing
In short: trafficholic does not grow by surprise mark-ups. We understand your needs, plan the work, quote by cost and difficulty, and discuss until both sides agree. A deposit starts the work; at acceptance we aim for your satisfaction. No hidden fees: everything is stated at quote time.
Many buyers worry that asking for a quote means an inflated number, or extras appearing after signing. This page is here so you know how we charge, when we charge, and what is included.
This is our standard rhythm, so scope, price, and expectations stay aligned.
We learn your situation, goals, and constraints first, then map the real scope instead of forcing you into a package.
We price by effort, complexity, and people required, then discuss until both sides agree it is fair.
After alignment, you pay a deposit and the team begins. Payment milestones are written in the proposal.
At delivery we work to match the agreed outcome. If you are not satisfied, we keep following up.
No forced packages before we understand the work.
Deposit means scope and fee are confirmed.
Items, assumptions, and fees are written up front.
We keep adjusting if acceptance is not met.
Bottom line: we price effort, difficulty, and who must do the work. Factors include channel count, content volume, technical complexity, review density, timeline, and cross-service needs. Clearer scope means a stabler quote.
Some services have a public anchor. For example, Social Media management starts from HK$10,000/month, with a trial run before formal billing. Other work is project or retainer based. See all services.
Known scope and fees are stated at quote time. Scope changes are reconfirmed before any new quote. This matches our Promise: align goals, trial terms, fees, and stop conditions before work begins.
Fees should buy accountable work and follow-through. If data shows a direction is wrong, we would rather adjust or stop than push a renewal. See Promise and Fit check.
Scope, difficulty, and staffing differ by project. We plan the work first, then quote by cost and difficulty. That is clearer than a one-size package and safer than surprise add-ons later.
Quotes are discussed until both sides agree they are fair. We price the real work, and we will tell you when something is not a fit rather than push an inflated or under-scoped plan.
No. Known scope and fees are stated at quote time. If scope expands later, we reconfirm before issuing a new quote. We never add charges silently.
Our goal is to help and leave you satisfied. We follow through at acceptance; if gaps remain, we keep adjusting. See also our Promise page.
