AI content can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or based on a faulty inference. Do not rely on it alone for a high-stakes or professional decision.
1. Where AI may be used
trafficholic may use AI or automation to help with research, summaries, translation, rewriting, drafts, image or video generation, classification, SEO metadata, scheduling, and publishing. Some “AI trends” items may be generated after a system reads public sources, and not every piece is fully reviewed word by word by a person.
AI assistance does not mean the AI vendor wrote, endorsed, or guaranteed the content, and it does not mean trafficholic has a partnership with a source organisation.
2. Accuracy and how current the text is
AI can misread a source, mix up names or dates, or invent a detail, and it may not have the latest news. A summary or analysis can still be off even when an article links to a source. Readers should check the original official material and, for an important decision, ask a qualified professional.
We may correct, update, or remove content. We do not promise that every error will be found or fixed immediately.
3. Your responsibility
You decide whether content fits your use, and you check facts, figures, copyright, platform rules, and legal or compliance requirements. Do not use AI content as the basis of a medical, legal, financial, investment, safety, employment, or other high-stakes decision.
If you republish site content or an AI output, put it in an ad, send it to a client, or use it commercially, you must do your own fact check, edit, rights review, and any disclosure the situation needs.
4. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, trafficholic does not warrant that AI or automated content is complete, accurate, original, non-infringing, fit for a particular purpose, or continuously available, and it is not liable for decisions, loss, claims, or third-party action that come from relying on that content.
This statement does not exclude liability the law does not allow to be excluded. AI use, approval, rights, confidentiality, and liability inside a client engagement follow that engagement’s written agreement.
5. Corrections
If you find a likely error, an infringement, or AI content that should be corrected, send the URL and the specific problem through the contact page.
