1. What these terms cover

If that writing conflicts with these terms, the writing wins for that engagement.

2. Enquiries, WhatsApp, and leads

If you send contact details by form or WhatsApp, you confirm they are broadly accurate and you agree we may handle them under the Privacy Policy so we can reply and follow up. An enquiry does not by itself create a service contract. A contract exists only after both sides confirm scope, price, and terms.

Do not submit someone else’s personal data unless you are authorised and any notice or consent the law requires is in place.
