B2B professional enquiries. Consulting, agencies, and specialist firms win when a buyer can see the problem you take and the proof you can share.
How people find this business
Buyers search a problem, ask a colleague, or read an AI answer. A homepage that only says “solutions” gives them nothing to repeat internally.
What the page has to answer
One service page should name the buyer, the situation, the steps, and what a first conversation covers. Case notes can be anonymised. Invented client logos are not proof.
How the enquiry should be routed
A short form with company, role, and the problem is more useful than a newsletter box. Send serious threads to a person, not an unreviewed chatbot script.
What to measure
Count qualified conversations and proposals, not time on page.
These notes are a method, not a promised ranking or a promised number of bookings. See industry insights, website build, and contact if you want the same questions applied to your own shop or practice.
